Jane McCoy McKean is a professional Career and Leadership coach known for her thought leadership and client-focused coaching expertise. In helping people in career transition, career planning, career promotion, and salary negotiation. In the areas of Leadership: situational confidence, executive presence, giving and receiving feedback, managing difficult conversations, and emotional intelligence.
A highly credentialed professional, Jane holds a Masters of Arts in Counseling with honors from Marymount University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She obtained her counseling license (LPC) from the State of Colorado in 2017. Jane has completed intensive leadership and executive training from The College of Executive Coaches.
Jane serves as a CEO for Boulder Career Services where she combines her passion for counseling and coaching to executives and newly promoted individuals to maximize success. Her clients gain a competitive advantage in the job market as a direct result of her vision, experience and ability to help them build lasting leadership skills and career success.
Jane focuses on assessing her client’s needs and collaborating with each individual on goals, strengths, challenge areas, values, vision, behaviors and self awareness.
